Aivee Clinic Claims the Royal Tala Award, Capping Years of Aesthetic Leadership in the Philippines

A clean sweep across all five award categories at the 2026 Tala Awards affirms what more than a decade of patient trust had already shown: Aivee Clinic sets the standard for medical aesthetics in the region.

The Aivee Clinic has once again proven why it remains the most decorated name in Philippine medical aesthetics, taking home the Royal Tala Award, the highest distinction at the 2026 Tala Awards, after sweeping all five award categories in a single night.

The honor, presented by Raymond Ong, Vanguard Aesthetics CEO Ryan Ng, and Dr. Nabil Fakih, made Aivee Clinic the evening's sole Royal Tala Award recipient and one of its biggest honorees overall. Clinic founder Dr. Aivee Aguilar-Teo accepted the award on behalf of her team, calling it both a milestone and a challenge to keep raising the bar.

"Thank you so much for this incredible recognition for Aivee Clinic, the 7-Star Royal Tala Award," Dr. Aguilar-Teo said onstage. "This is a culmination of everything that we've been doing for many years, and I'm so proud of all of you."

She was quick to point to the people behind the plaques rather than the plaques themselves. "What truly makes the difference are the doctors behind these technologies," she said, crediting the clinicians who apply every treatment the clinic chooses to invest in.

For anyone who has followed the clinic's run at the Tala Awards, the 2026 sweep reads less like a surprise and more like a continuation. At the 2024 edition, Aivee Clinic walked away with six honors, more than any other participating brand that night, including the event's top prize, the Overall 7-Star Award, for the seventh consecutive year. That ceremony also doubled as the clinic's fifteenth anniversary, with Dr. Z Teo, who leads the clinic alongside Dr. Aguilar-Teo, noting onstage that Aivee Clinic has been the Philippines' Number 1 Ultherapy provider since 2013, after being among the earliest in the country to introduce the treatment back in 2009.

The recognition hasn't stayed confined to the Philippines, either. In October 2023, Aivee Clinic was named Number One in Ultherapy across the whole Asia Pacific region at Merz Aesthetics' Golden Record Awards in Bangkok, ahead of clinics from Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia, just weeks after taking home the 7-Star Overall Award and four category wins at that year's local Tala Awards.

Behind the string of wins is Dr. Aivee Aguilar-Teo, a dermatologist trained at De La Salle University and the University of Santo Tomas, who built the clinic on a simple premise: that an aesthetic visit should feel like a lifestyle experience, not a clinical transaction, and that patient comfort and authentic relationships matter as much as the technology in the room.
