Aivee Clinic Becomes the First-Ever Pink Diamond Awardee in Galderma's History

Aivee Clinic has made history as the first-ever recipient of the Pink Diamond Award at the Galderma Diamond Awards, a category Galderma created specifically to recognize the clinic as the Number 1 clinic in the Philippines for its Sculptra and Restylane Skinboosters portfolio. The win came alongside two more trophies for the clinic that night: the Sculptra Breakthrough Award and the Restylane Breakthrough Award, both for the second consecutive year.

"This award recognizes the hard work for the past 17 years," said Dr. Aivee Teo, the clinic's president and medical director, who accepted the honor alongside her husband and co-founder, Dr. Z'Shen Teo. Louie Roxas, general manager of Galderma Philippines, was even more direct about what the award signals, saying the clinic "represents the gold standard in aesthetic medicine."

The Pink Diamond Award specifically honors leadership across two of Galderma's flagship technologies. Sculptra is a biostimulator that works gradually, encouraging the body's own collagen and elastin production rather than delivering an instant fix. Restylane Skinboosters, by contrast, is a stabilized hyaluronic acid injectable built to improve skin hydration, texture, and tone from within. Galderma's Diamond Awards more broadly are judged on clinical excellence, innovation, and how well a clinic integrates its technologies into real patient care, criteria the organizers said Aivee Clinic met across the board.

Dr. Z'Shen Teo was candid about what separates a clinic capable of winning an award like this from one that isn't: good products, deep anatomical knowledge, and years of clinical experience, paired with a clear warning about what happens without them. "Bad products and inexperienced injectors" are the fastest way to get it wrong, he said, a line that doubled as both a trophy-night joke and a genuine statement of the clinic's philosophy. Asked what color he'd want next year's award to be, he kept it simple: "It doesn't matter what color, as long as our patients come out looking like diamonds."

The recognition lands at a moment when Aivee Clinic's footprint is only growing. The clinic recently opened a new location in Parqal, near Ninoy Aquino International Airport, a site built to serve both local patients and the international medical professionals and travelers increasingly passing through the area. For Dr. Aivee Teo, that growth is part of a larger ambition: she has spoken about wanting Philippine aesthetics, which she calls "PBeauty," to become a global reference point in its own right, spoken of in the same breath as Korean and Western aesthetics rather than trailing behind them.

Seventeen years after Dr. Aivee Teo and Dr. Z'Shen Teo first opened the clinic's doors, the Pink Diamond Award adds a new, literal color to a trophy case that already spans nearly every major name in the aesthetics industry, further proof that the clinic's long run at the top of Philippine medical aesthetics shows no signs of slowing down.
